Educational Effectiveness Committees (EECs)

Office of Educational Effectivess

The College’s assessment efforts are coordinated by the Office of Educational Effectiveness (OEE).  此时此刻, the Office of Educational Effectiveness is under the oversight of the Director of 政府 and is staffed with a Data Analyst and a Director of PharmD Educational Effectiveness.  The OEE provides leadership in assessment and is tasked with assisting in the data collection, 分布, maintenance of records and reporting for all assessment activities. 

Educational Effectiveness Committees

The College has 5 Educational Effectiveness Committees (EECs) that are responsible for the programmatic and curricular assessment of their programs.

Each Educational Effectiveness Committee is charged with being the guardian of its program’s 评估 Plan.  They are tasked with determining the program outcomes, targets and responsible parties and revision of the plan as necessary.  They are to review the data collected and share with responsible parties and relevant stakeholders.  Additionally, the committee monitors the Data-Driven Action Plans and oversees the CQI process.  Annually, they will submit an 评估 Report.

The chairs of the EECs will form the College’s Curriculum Committee as recognized and required by the University.  

Educational Effectiveness Subcommittees

The Educational Effectiveness 评估 subcommittee is charged with reviewing and approving changes and additions to program assessments.  They provide leadership in the creation of assessment tools.

The Educational Effectiveness Curriculum subcommittee is charged with the curricular review process as well as reviewing and approving changes and additions to the curriculum.
